Providence Strategies Association Management delivers high quality association management services in Maryland. By recognizing and leading with the mission and values of an association, we assist organizations to meet their goals and provide unparalleled value to their members.
Our services include but are not limited to:

Managing and conducting the daily affairs of the association, including record keeping and reporting

Providing and supervising administrative assistance including bookkeeping and database management

Coordinating and supervising any contractors of the association including public relations activities

Fostering good relations between an association’s members, other organizations, governmental agencies and the public

Promoting improved communications amongst members and stakeholders of the association.

Publishing regular newsletters, press releases and news stories

Assisting in the preparation of an annual budget.

Assisting the Treasurer in the preparation of balance sheets and income statements

Planning and Attend Board of Directors and General Membership Meetings and produce minutes thereof

Coordinate all other activities as required

Providing office space and equipment to manage the association
